Our software uses decades of Window-based experience, features a Sybase database engine for fast response, and also has numerous "Go Green" features to help save our environment. It is modular based so that you only purchase those modules that you need with the ability to add on at any time. Our pricing is based on modules purchased and not on the number of customers or receivers you have. Each new purchase comes not only the Sybase database but also a year of Free Technical Support to help you get up and running. In addition, we also provide our technical supported customers with online training videos, classroom training, tech notes, free upgrades, access to our Yahoo Users group and much much more.
2010 began our shift to .NET development with Microsoft Visual Studio using C#. Our first .NET project will be The Technician Module, allowing your field technicians full access to work order and related information from the field.
