MKS continues to grow and progress with the addition of new Technical Support Representative Representative to our Central Station Automation Tier.
Earlier this month, MKS welcomed a new member, Brandon Bates to the Technical Support team. New Tech Support Manager, Joe Maglio continues to show his commitment to improving the department by bringing Brandon on board. Brandon joins the Tech Support team as a Tier 1 representative that will service our Central Station Automation customers.
Brandon has a background of six years in the U.S Army National Guard in the Military Intelligence field where he earned his computer studies related degree. Three of those years were spent as a Ground Systems Analyst, and he was responsible for the mobilization and set up of CGS and all of its networks, as well the break-down and re-mobilization. The other three years were spent as a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst, where he was responsible for analyzing live feed and still images taken from multiple sources, creating intelligence products based off of his analysis and briefing higher ranking Officers. Brandon's analyst experience and Army background will translate perfectly has he now will be assisting MKS Central Station automation customers with life safety issues.
He spent one year at Hurlburt Field working with the Air Force as a civilian contractor in computer technical support. While there he was tasked to be a Full Motion Video Analyst for three months and spent the remainder of his time there supervising a team as a technical supervisor.
