MKS is excited to announce that Joe Maglio joins the MKS Team as the new Technical Support Manager and Annmarie Ehrler, current Technical Support Manager, has been promoted to the position of Implementation Specialist.
This week, we are excited to announce that Joe Maglio joined the MKS Team as the new Technical Support Manager. Joe brings over fifteen years of Help Desk Management experience with a specialization in Call, Escalation and Service Level Agreement Management. He is experienced in blending, planning, organizing and management of both US and International Help Desk and Call Center IT Operations. "My past 15 years in the IT Tech Support field leading teams and servicing clients of many different sized and industries, will allow me to come in and quickly evaluate and execute the Micro Key Call Center to the top of its capability, while providing Micro Key clients with world class speedy solutions to all of their problems," Joe Maglio stated. MKS is confident that this new hire will grow and strengthen the MKS Technical Support Department. "If companies don’t evolve to adapt to the needs of their customers, they die, and Micro Key has listened to the needs of our every growing customer base and we are prepared to accommodate those needs," stated President, Victoria Ferro.
In addition to MKS's new and exciting hire, Annmarie Ehrler, current Technical Support Manager, has been promoted to the position of Implementation Specialist, to accommodate our new customers and also to accommodate the growing requests from existing customers to take advantage of their informative on-site Tune-up training services! She will also play a key role in the course development and facilitation of the on-line classes for the company’s popular training platform, MKS University.
