The MKS Technical Support is experiencing some exciting growth with some key promotions that will enhance the customer support experience with our Millennium Software.
After extensive consideration, MKS is happy to announce that Stephen Kovacsiss has been promoted as the new MKS Technical Support Manager!
Stephen brings many positive attributes to the table to fill this most import role for us:

Stephen is a very talented professional with decades of industry experience. He brings a broad technical and project management skill-set that will be a strong addition to our rapidly growing company. His technical expertise, combined with comprehensive product knowledge, will enable MKS to expand on its position as the number one provider of security software solutions.
In addition to filling the Technical Support Manager role, we are also adding a NEW position, Assistant Manager of Technical Support. We have chosen Ron Medina to take on the Assistant Manager position. Ron has been with the support department for 8 years where he has served as the Senior/Tier 3 Technician. In his new role, Ron will continue to provide top level product support to our customers.
We are very excited about these changes within our technical support department and are confident that they will help us to continue to offer the best support services for the security alarm industry.
